Before your booking

  • Remove valuables and personal belongings
  • Remove child/booster seats if you want underneath them cleaned
  • Remove larger items from the boot if you want the full boot area cleaned
  • Leave floor mats in the vehicle
  • Provide access to an outdoor tap and standard power point
  • Leave enough clear space around the vehicle to work safely
  • Let us know beforehand about heavy pet hair, stains, sand, mud or excessive dirt

Items left inside the vehicle may be cleaned around rather than moved.

Child/booster seats are not removed or reinstalled by Washed Clean.

Common questions

Do I need to bring my car anywhere?+
No — Washed Clean is fully mobile. We come to your home or workplace with everything needed to complete the job.
What do I need to provide?+
Access to an outdoor tap and a standard power point, plus enough clear space around the vehicle to work safely.
Do I need to remove child seats?+
If you'd like the area underneath a child or booster seat cleaned, please remove it beforehand. Washed Clean does not remove or reinstall child/booster seats.
Can you remove stains and pet hair?+
Yes — light spot treatment is included in standard cleans. Deep stains, heavy pet hair or excessive sand/mud may need extra work, so please send photos when booking so pricing can be confirmed in advance.
How long does a job take?+
Most jobs take between 1–4 hours depending on the package and the vehicle's condition.
